Rachel Greco loves bringing joy to others through movement whether in fitness or film.
Inspired by sensitive rhythms & heavy beats, still & frantic atmospheres, poetry in nature, and funny sunny friends & family, Rachel finds joy in movement poetry. She is a movement coach, dancer, and commercial video editor who loves bringing joy to others through integrative and creative expression.
Movement is Rachel’s freedom, best served alongside family and friends. Having struggled with anxiety and the full spectrum of eating disorders, she experienced a shift in spirituality that transformed her relationship with movement and self-care. Whether behind the scenes, behind a barbell, or floating in the air on a pole, she’s discovered the power of movement to heal, empower, and bring joy. She loves collaborating, encouraging others, and designing programs that help people move freely and feel at home in their bodies.
Currently deepening her practice in aerial and pole, Rachel is also pursuing her Pilates certification and healthcare studies to further support others in their strength and grace journey. Freshly back on Long Island after time in LA and NYC, she’s come full circle to give back to her community, sharing her passion for movement and wellness.
Her coaching journey began with dance choreography, but during COVID, she found a new kind of joy in athletic movement—CrossFit, run clubs, and aerial arts. Not only did she find meditation in motion and an esteemable energy, but she also fell in love with the community of moving with others. Her passion for mental health, movement, and celebrating life keeps her inspired every day.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Rachel has always loved creating and exploring the human condition in any medium. She has worked extensively in the Visual Effects community, editing and producing for brands like Apple, Netflix, and many more. Now, she channels that same creativity and attention to detail into coaching, blending movement, mindfulness, and a little silly goose energy—because fitness should make you feel good inside and out! She finds endless inspiration in her family and nature, both of which fuel her dedication to strength, presence, and grace. She loves a dance floor with her family and friends, a warm shower, and the sun on her skin. both of which fuel her dedication to strength, presence, and grace.
